8 ply tires?
Author Last Post

I ran 8 plys on mine for several years with no issues.

Cecil

6.50x 8 is required for 3315 TO weight on G-1& H which are on the same type cert as the other models.

The 6.50x8 (with correct or additional plys) has a greater weight and speed rating than the 7.00x8 therefore it is a product improvement and acceptable to substitute in place of OE given that is not physically larger.

Period.

Needed some main gear tires for the bird while we await our Aero Classics which are on back order. Desser had some retreads but they are 8 ply instead of 6 ply. Anyone run 8 ply? They ok to use for a little bit?
